This route is essecially a shorter version of our classic 200k City Slickers and will give you the flavor of the cities in a smaller package. The route is on a combination of roads and trails in mostly urban areas. This is not a course for hammerheads; take your time, enjoy some new parts of the Twin Cities and have a fun day.
Due to the I-94 rehabilitatin project and the closed bike path, we are re-routing (together with the 200k route) over the two Stillwater bridges. We'll miss our favorite Trout Brook section this year. Make sure to download the newest gps track for this year.
Electronic Ride Waiver
We have worked with RUSA on an electronic ride waiver that we are now rolling out for all of our rides. This will replace our paper waivers at the start. We will still bring some as a backup. You can click here to go to the MN Randonneurs SmartWaiver page. Please fill out the form there with all the requested information. Once you click submit, an email with a download link of the electronic waiver will be sent to you, to the Minnesota RBA (Norman Ehrentreich), and to the RUSA insurance account. After that, you will be sent back to a landing page on the mnrando.org site that you can close.
