The Board Challenge for July 6-12
The heat of summer is definitely upon the Upper Midwest for the next week or more. Riding smart and managing the heat is important, we all ‘know how’ to do it, but sometimes we get behind on our fluids or press hard to go longer or harder and end up hot and seriously dehydrated.
This week let’s mellow out just a little and enjoy the part of the year we will be longing for come December. Get out and ride, but don’t forget to recharge regularly. A socially responsible ice cream shop is an ideal place for randonneurs to take a break!
