The Board Challenge for June 1-7
The 50k, 100k, 150k rides are still open this week. We were planning on bumping the challenge to 200k, but since there were 10 rides recorded at 200k or over last week, we’ll add the 200k distance to the base challenge and increase the long distance challenge to 250k (155 miles).
200k plus represents some additional challenges as we continue to practice responsible safe solo and group riding and minimizing your contacts others with while you are on your ride. Carrying a mask with you is a very good idea for c-stores, restrooms or other public places.
This challenge and use of the Strava posts are not official events from Minnesota Randonneurs or RUSA.
Here in Minnesota/Wisconsin it looks like another pretty nice weather week coming up, even a little warm, so be sure to pack lots of fluids.
